Inspiration #4 - Finding the Chain :)

Who here is either all in or all out to a habit? I raise my hand wildly . Who here doesn't want to start something if it will take over their life? I nod my head maniacally. And so, what can we do? Really? Forcing ourself to eat no meat may not work well for many people.  Anything extreme, and not within a balanced approach to a new habit can easily be too hard to deal with. And so... Make a chain. Wait. Uh... What? Make a chain of all the things you need to do something, and get it prepared and consistant in your head. Ex. Not: eat less meat Yes:  Make a grocery list for the week with meal plans/only with two meat products (or 3, etc.). Go to the grocery store, and follow the intention! See? Now you know exactly what to do, just by making a list. Try this in your lives, for any kind of habit! Make it easy to implement, and it will be easy to carry out 😋😋😋. Have a peaceful and wonderful day! Ky

A) Every Sunday...
